Seasonal Ministry Teams
Do you want to participate in making scripture come alive in the community of faith at Penfield Presbyterian but don't want to make a long-term commitment?  If so, give a Seasonal Ministry Team a try.  Seasonal teams are offered for Advent/Christmas, Lent, Easter, Pentecost & Harvest.  Teams gather with the Pastor around the scripture texts for that season, come up with a text and season based theme and then consider how the texts and theme can come to life through worship, liturgical art for the sanctuary, hospitality, mission & outreach and by working with the Faith Development Leader for educational tie-in.  Watch for announcements in worship, on the bulletin board outside the sanctuary and in the weekly e-news for seasonal sign up.

All PPC Reads

Each summer, PPC in invited to read a book written by a local author.  In early fall, an author evening is held to discuss the book with the author.

Knit Wits

Each month on the second and fourth Mondays PPC knitters and their friends gather in room four at the church from 10:00 through lunch to create knitted items for various mission projects.  New knitters and experienced knitters are invited to give this group a try.

Spiritual Formation Opportunities

A variety of spiritual formation options are being offered each season.
